ZICER Deep Tech is designed to teach you how to turn your scientific research into a profitable venture and help you think like a founder.

You’ll get access to bootcamps and mentorship, enabling you to create a successful go-to-market strategy and establish a strong business foundation.

All teams and startups that enter have a chance to receive EUR 5.000 at the beginning of the program. The maximum financial support amount per startup is EUR 50.000.

Who can apply?

Team

Developing a high tech/deep tech project
Will submit a statement or other evidence confirming that the project originated from research in scientific/research organization and citing the scientific paper(s) proving this
Has at least 2 team members with complementary skills

Startup

Registered company younger than 5 years with a company seat in Zagreb
Will submit a statement or other evidence confirming that the project originated from from research in scientific/research organization and citing the scientific paper(s) proving this
Has at least 2 team members with complementary skills

What can the teams/startups expect?

Project Commercialization: We help identify market needs and opportunities and develop strategies for successful market entry, including technology licensing, spin-off companies and securing investments.

Partner Network: Our network of experts, industrial partners, and mentors provides the support and resources necessary to commercialize scientific projects.

Education: We organize workshops and networking events to support the development of new skills and knowledge.
